The Smithfield plan includes a new location for the historic Bull Ring markets, new shops, leisure and cultural amenities, new homes and workspaces, a new public event space – Manor Square – and facilities for the local community. The plan creates both daytime and nighttime economies, keeping it activated and vibrant at different points in the day.
